Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your order. If your item isn't quite what you expected, you can return or exchange it hassle-free.
Important Notes:
- Sale items are not eligible for returns due to change of mind but may be exchanged at the sender’s expense.
- If an exchange is not possible due to stock availability, you will receive store credit.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer one free exchange on all full-priced items.
How to Request an Exchange:
1️⃣ Email us at @hello@happyvibescreation.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
2️⃣ We will provide exchange instructions within 1 business day.
3️⃣ Ship the item back within 14 days of return approval.
4️⃣ Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging.
5️⃣ Keep proof of postage for tracking purposes.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges
- International Orders: Exchanges must be sent back to Australia at the customer’s expense.

If you would like to return an item for a refund or store credit, follow the steps below.
How to Request a Return:

2️⃣ Once approved (within 1 business day), you will receive instructions for returning your item.
3️⃣ Ensure your item is sent back within 14 days of receiving approval.
4️⃣ Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
5️⃣ Keep proof of postage for tracking purposes.

Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit based on your preference.
- Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.
